Where the Room Becomes the Experience $10M Projection System 40 Projectors · 70 Speakers Travel-Ready Worldwide
Two paths

Your venue. Or ours.

Most immersive design studios sell either a venue or a service. We sell the work, in either room. Pick the path that fits the brief.

Path one

Your venue, our show.

Brand activations · Hotel ballrooms · Museum installations · Flagship retail

You have the room. We design the show. Travel-ready creative team flies to your venue. Local technical crew partnerships established in major immersive markets — the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Western Europe, and North America.

  • Minimum venue spec. 4K projection coverage on at least three surfaces. Multi-channel audio. Professional control booth. The kind of room already built into luxury hotels, museums, and brand flagships.
  • Local crew partnerships. Established technical partners in Dubai, Riyadh, Singapore, London, NYC, LA. Your venue's existing AV team works alongside ours.
  • Creative direction included. Concept, narrative, content, audio design, technical specification, on-site production. End-to-end show design.
  • What we won't do. Retrofit basic spaces. Work weddings, banquet halls, or pop-up tents. The venue spec is real.
Path two

PBStudios, Boynton Beach.

Brand-direct production · Multi-night ticketed exhibitions · International brand US activations

Fly your team and your brand to our home base. Purpose-built 4,000 square foot Immersive Igloo Room. $10 million projection system, 40 projectors, 70-speaker audio. White-glove production from kickoff to opening night.

  • The room is the spec. 360° surface coverage. 8K capable. Custom-tuned audio for any narrative form.
  • Proximity that matters. Delray Beach 10 min. Boca Raton 15 min. Palm Beach 20 min. Fort Lauderdale 35 min. Miami 60 min.
  • Multi-night exhibitions hosted here. Da Vinci, Titanic, Egyptian Pharaohs: From Cheops to Ramses II. The room performs at scale.
  • Brand-direct or agency-flow. Half our work is direct-to-brand. The other half flows through advertising and experiential agencies.
This is not an event

This is not an event.
It's not projection.
It's not content on walls.
It's not something guests watch.

Most events lose the room.
People talk. Phones come out.
Attention fragments.
We don't compete with the room. We design it.

Every surface, every transition, every interaction
is built to immerse the audience — together.

An immersive experience is not a feature of the venue. It's the venue, redrawn for one night or one season, around one idea. Twenty-eight years of commercial production tells us when to project, when to score, when to step back, and when to take over the entire room.

Case study · 2025

A private immersive dinner for a global luxury yacht brand.

Fifty guests. Four narrative chapters. A 360° immersive room redrawn into the brand's flagship sea narrative for one night only. Commissioned directly by the brand's marketing leadership.

PBStudios. Boynton Beach.

A purpose-built four-thousand square foot Immersive Igloo Room. The room sits behind a ten-million-dollar projection system, forty projectors and a seventy-speaker tuned audio array.

It's where multi-night exhibitions like Da Vinci, Titanic, and Egyptian Pharaohs: From Cheops to Ramses II have lived. It's where brands fly their teams to plan the activations they take back to their own rooms.

How it gets made

Four phases. One opening night.

Every immersive engagement runs the same four phases. The room and the brief decide the timeline.

01 · Brief & concept

Brand. Room. Idea.

Discovery call with brand and venue stakeholders. Concept direction. Narrative arc. Production scope.

02 · Design & storyboard

Hand-drawn first.

Storyboards. Surface plans. Audio score concept. Lighting design. Approvals locked before any pixel renders.

03 · Production

Content. Audio. Mapping.

Visual content, original score, projection mapping calibration. Tech rehearsals at the venue. Documentation in parallel for copyright wrap.

04 · Showtime

On-site. On-budget. On-night.

On-site production team manages the room from rehearsal to opening. Documentation and post-event content delivered within seven days.

FAQ

Immersive questions, answered straight.

Not in here? Email hello@animaticmedia.com with the brief, the venue, and the date. We answer in one business day.

Do you only work in your Boynton Beach venue, or can you produce immersive experiences in other venues? +

Both. PBStudios in Boynton Beach is our home base — a 4,000 sq ft Immersive Igloo Room with 40 projectors and a 70-speaker audio system, used by brands flying their teams in for production-grade activations. We also design and produce immersive experiences for client venues worldwide, traveling with the creative team and partnering with local technical crew. The work scales to any venue with broadcast-grade projection and audio infrastructure.

What kinds of venues can host an Animatic Media immersive experience? +

Any venue with broadcast-grade projection mapping, multi-channel audio, and lighting infrastructure already in place. We do not retrofit basic spaces or work weddings, banquet halls, or pop-up tents. The minimum venue spec is 4K projection coverage on at least three surfaces, professional audio, and a control booth — the kind of space already built into luxury hotels, museums, brand flagships, and purpose-built immersive rooms.

How far in advance should I book? +

Eight to ten weeks for a standard brand activation. Twelve to sixteen weeks for a multi-night ticketed experience. Rush production is possible — fastest turnaround on record is twenty-one days from kickoff to opening night.

How much does an immersive brand experience cost? +

Three tiers: Single-Night Brand Activation from $40,000. Multi-Night Branded Experience from $65,000. Flagship Multi-Night Ticketed Experience from $150,000. Pricing covers creative direction, content production, audio design, technical crew, and on-site production. Travel and venue rental are billed at cost.

Can you produce for venues in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, or Singapore? +

Yes. Our travel-ready production model serves clients in any major market with a venue that meets the technical spec. Recent and upcoming work spans the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Western Europe, and North America. Local crew partnerships are established in major immersive markets.

Do you handle both creative direction and production, or only one? +

Both. Animatic Media brings the creative direction, the content production, and the on-site production team. Some clients bring their own creative agency and contract us for production only — that's also a fit. We adapt to where the client is strong and what they need filled in.

Is the content protected by copyright? +

Yes. Hand-drawn storyboards establish human authorship. Our RenderLux™ workflow has produced the first AI-finished work registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (PAu 4-297-548). Same protections apply to immersive content, including AI-generated environmental visuals.

Do you handle live ticketing, marketing, or PR for ticketed experiences? +

We focus on creative and production. We partner with established ticketing platforms and PR specialists when those services are needed, and can recommend partners we've worked with on past ticketed experiences.
