The work picks the format

Some briefs need photoreal.
A product. An environment. A period scene with no talent and no faces.
AI video gets it on screen in a week.

Some briefs need animation.
A regulated industry. A kids' brand. A music video. A character that has to live in a hundred frames without aging out.
Animation gets it on screen — and past the legal team.

Some briefs need both.
A hero spot in photoreal.
A campaign of cutdowns in animation.
One production. One copyright registration. One studio.

Format follows brief.
Not the other way around.

Twenty-eight years of commercial production tells us when to render and when to draw. AI just makes the next twenty-eight faster.

Who this is for

One studio. Two buyers. No trade-offs.

CMOs need quality their brand survives. Social leads need volume their feed rewards. We don't pick a side. We make both work.

For the brand team

Your legal team will sign off.

CMOs · Brand directors · Marketing leads

An AI production studio that doesn't make your in-house counsel nervous. Photoreal where the brief allows it. Animation where it doesn't. A copyright registration on file. A 28-year studio behind every delivery.

  • A copyright on file. Not a promise. U.S. Reg. PAu 4-297-548. Real number. Real date. Real document.
  • Format that fits the brief. Photoreal AI video for environments and products. AI animation for regulated industries, characters, and music. We pick the right one for the work.
  • Multi-format from one production. A hero. Cutdowns. Verticals. Squares. One shoot. Real ROI.
  • Agency of record-friendly. Half our work runs through your AOR. White-label. Co-credit. Your call.
For the social team

Made for the feed. Not cropped to it.

Social managers · Performance teams · Content leads

Vertical from the storyboard. Hooks engineered for the first 1.5 seconds. Variant volume that performs. Photoreal or animated, whichever the platform rewards. We've published our own AI music channel — we have the data.

  • 9:16 native. Not reframed. We design for vertical from frame one. Action lives where the thumb hits.
  • One production. Six variants. Hero. Cutdowns. Alt hooks. Platform-tuned edits. Same shot package.
  • First 1.5 seconds. Hook design isn't a finishing touch. It's the storyboard.
  • Days, not weeks. Campaign Packs in 2–3 weeks. Anchor spots in 10 days. Always-on social on a weekly cadence.

Working with us
When do you recommend AI video, and when do you recommend animation? +

The brief decides. Environments, products, period scenes, and shots without faces work for photoreal AI video. Regulated industries, characters, music videos, kids' brands, and anywhere talent rights or compliance get complicated work for animation. Half our campaigns use both — a photoreal hero, animated cutdowns, or vice versa. We pick the format on the kickoff call.

Do you produce 9:16 vertical natively or just reframe? +

Vertical-native. We design for 9:16 from the storyboard. A horizontal frame cropped to vertical breaks the framing and crops the story out. We won't ship that.

How many variants from one production? +

Four to ten finished pieces from a Campaign Pack. A hero. Vertical cutdowns. Square. Platform-tuned edits. Same shot package — each additional cut costs a fraction of the first.

What does a project cost? +

Campaign Packs start in the mid-five figures and run into low six figures depending on shot count, format mix, and talent likeness work. We give you a fixed-scope estimate within 48 hours of a 30-minute scoping call — no anchor pricing, no surprise change orders mid-flight. Change orders only happen if scope changes, and you sign off before we start.

How fast can you turn it around? +

Two to three weeks for 4–10 finished pieces is the standard pace. Tighter is possible with a rush premium and a trimmed scope — we'll tell you exactly what gets cut and what it costs before you decide. We don't ship work we wouldn't put on our reel just to hit a date.

How does this work with our agency of record? +

Half our work flows through agencies. We sit under their creative direction, white-labeled or co-credited. The other half is direct-to-brand. Agency-grade standards either way.

What does a CMO engagement look like? +

Thirty-minute scoping call. Fixed-scope estimate in 48 hours. Production runs 2–3 weeks for 4–10 finished pieces. You weigh in at three points — kickoff, mid-production, delivery. We handle everything between them.

How does this compare to AI tools like Creatify, avatar platforms like HeyGen, or our in-house team? +

Different tools for different jobs. Productized AI tools (Creatify, Omneky, AdCreative) are good for high-volume social variants where craft isn't the priority. Avatar platforms (HeyGen, Synthesia) are good for talking-head explainers and training videos. In-house teams are good for one-offs and quick turns. None of those are built for multi-format brand campaigns where the work has to survive on a billboard, a broadcast spot, and a 6-second pre-roll without falling apart. That's where we sit. We're a production studio with the AI pipeline inside it, not a tool with a studio bolted on. Hand-drawn storyboards. Human creative direction. Copyright-registered output. Broadcast-ready finishing.

Talent, rights, and ownership
Can we use AI versions of real people — our CEO, our talent, a celebrity? +

Sometimes, with the right paperwork. Your own executives or contracted talent: yes, with signed digital-replica releases that comply with SAG-AFTRA's current rules. Public figures or celebrities you don't have rights to: no — right-of-publicity exposure is real and we won't put a brand in that position. We'll walk you through the consent and rights workflow before any likeness work starts.

How many rounds of revisions are included? +

Three review rounds are baked into every Campaign Pack: storyboard, animatic/rough, and final. Additional rounds happen on a change-order basis with a clear cost and timeline impact. We tell you when you're approaching the line — no quiet meter running.

What do we own at the end? +

All final deliverables, all source files, all project files, all documentation needed for U.S. Copyright Office registration. The hand-drawn storyboards establish human authorship. Your legal team gets a paper trail showing the creative chain of custody. You can register the work in your name.

Is the work copyright-protected? Will my legal team approve it? +

Yes. Hand-drawn storyboards establish human authorship — the requirement under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance. Same workflow for photoreal video and animation. Our registration is on file as PAu 4-297-548 for AI Bytes: The Breakthrough Session. Full documentation delivered with every project.

Will the music clear for broadcast and platform use? +

Yes. Suno AI Pro outputs under their commercial license, finished in our DAW. We deliver clean stems, a cue sheet, and the licensing documentation your network or platform partner needs. For network broadcast where AI-music clearance is still being negotiated case by case, we'll flag it on the call and route to a human composer if your distribution partner requires it.

Pipeline, security, and the company
What AI tools are inside the pipeline? +

Google Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 with Motion Control, Runway Gen-4.5, and Seedance 2.0 for video. Suno AI Pro for music, remastered in our own DAW so it sounds finished, not generated. Image generation runs through Fal.ai's API on our closed pipeline — your IP doesn't get scraped into public training. Every shot ties back to a human-drawn storyboard through our Rendermind and RenderLux™ workflow. That's what makes the work copyright-eligible.

What happens if an AI model gets pulled or changes — like Sora shutting down? +

Models come and go. We've designed the pipeline so no single model is load-bearing — Veo, Kling, Runway, and Seedance all sit behind the same RenderLux storyboard layer, and we swap them based on what the shot needs. When Sora's API sunsets in September 2026, our shot package doesn't break. Yours won't either.

Do you sign NDAs and protect our brand assets? +

Standard. NDA signed before the scoping call if you want one. Brand assets, scripts, and creative direction stay inside our closed pipeline — Fal.ai infrastructure is configured so client material doesn't feed public model training. We can also work under your MSA and security requirements; we hold federal-vendor-grade documentation if your procurement team needs it.

Where is Animatic Media based? Are you a federal vendor? +

We're a global network of producers, creatives, and freelancers with team presence in Palm Beach, London, and LA — built for clients in any major market and time zone. SAM.gov-registered (UEI CKCTG4PXFCL5, CAGE 5ENQ7) under NAICS 541810. Active socioeconomic certifications: Native American–Owned, Minority-Owned, Veteran-Owned.
